My philosophy on training is a neurological approach to fitness that addresses the primary role of he central nervous system in adapting to change.is a neurological approach to fitness that addresses the primary role of the central nervous system in adapting to change.   My  approach to fitness takes these principles and integrates them into a training program for conditioning and movement to create a your personal MAP to health and wellness!
